1. WHERE THE F*CK IS MY MERCH DUDE!?!?!?
A: Orders typically ship from the Official Man Overboard/Lost Tape webstore in 1-5 business days. So please do not email us 3 days after you order asking where it is. Really, we’re humans… working on punk rock time… but we are really working hard to get you your stuff quick because we appreciate you supporting us. 2. DO YOU HAVE A SIZE CHART
A. No, do they even make those? Plus if I told you a t-shirt was 12 inches wide would that really help you? Probably not... see question number 3 for more assistance...
3. HEY! I WANT TO BUY A SOMETHING BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT SIZE TO GET! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: Best idea is to go to your closet, pick out your favorite shirt, hoodie or crew… put it on and feel great… then take it off and look at the size on that tag and order accordingly… OR wait until we come to your town and try something on at the show!
4. ARE YOU GOING TO BE MAKING MORE OF ::INSERT ITEM HERE::???
A. The White on Black Defend Pop Punk hoodie and the Blue on Charcoal Defend Pop Punk T-Shirt are ALWAYS getting restocked... We'll have those online forever... well maybe not forever but for a long time.. theyre the classics. Anything else - It MIGHT get restocked, it MIGHT not... your best bet it to get it while its available or grab something else :)
5. I LIVE IN THE UK OR EUROPE AND I DON'T WANT TO PAY SHIPPING CHARGES...
A. Heard that! But thats actually not a question... it's alright, I'll address it anyway. We have a UK Store and a Euro Store now open... They are DIY just like this one but you can count on us to send your order promptly. We are working on opening stores in various other parts of the world.
6. FURTHER MORE, I LIVE OUTSIDE THE U.S.A. AND I DON'T WANT TO PAY AN IMPORT TAX!!
A. Again, not a question but here we go again... Very rarely do countries charge an import tax on t-shirts/records... usually thats if you're receiving loads of something to resell (like if we sent a store 50 cds to resell)... so I wouldn't sweat it.. but if you do get charged for some reason, you will need to take it up with your country or post office. But really - this question just came up from someone the other day and that was the first time I've ever heard it.
7. ALRIGHT, FOR REAL! I NEEEEED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU GUYS. HOW CAN I DO SO?
